    The 8-pound McMillan M-3 is a tactical backpack designed by operators for use by operators. Its 3800 c.i. is organized for the gear an operator must pack and how they must organize it. For example, an integral scabbard handles the tactical rifle with optics. Pockets are cut to fit current military issue radios. Strategic layers of pockets allow the operator to layer their gear according to how frequently they access it.
